Adam Paterson

After graduating with a degree in fine arts from Parsons School of Design, Adam worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for six years. He has been tattooing professionally in both New York and New Jersey tattoo studios since 2002 after serving a one-year apprenticeship under Lesley Allen www.lesleytattoo.net.Adam worked at Body and Soul(NJ) True Blue (NY), Silk City (NJ), Inner City (NJ) and has traveled and had the pleasure of being a guest artist at Sanctuary Tattoo in Portland, Maine, Iron Age Tattoo in St. Louis, as well as Tato Svend (Denmark) and On Edge (The Netherlands)His artwork is featured in “Revisited: A Tribute to Flash From The Past” (Book ), and his paintings have been exhibited in several galleries in NY and NJ. Adam’s tattoo work has been featured in several international magazine such as Tattoos For Men, Tattoos For Women, and Skin Art.Adam is licensed by the NYC Health Department and has been a resident of downtown Jersey City since March of 2005.
